Caring Professionals Need Care Too
My self-care as an Autistic person includes making sure that I diligently manage the amount of output and stimulation I engage with, every day.
Among other things, this means that in order to stay healthy and be able to continue to bring my best self to my clients, I have to remain firmly committed to a modest caseload.
As you can imagine, this has a significant impact on my capacity for earning and with no family support, I place my trust in the kindness and generosity of the greater community, for help.
If you have the means, here are a few ways you can offer your support.
Buy Me a Coffee
Emotional support work and content creation take a surprising amount of time and energy to do!
By buying me a coffee, you help keep me fuelled up and inspired so I can keep showing up, facilitating these journeys, helping more people, and creating more of the content you love. It also helps cover the cost of the resources I need to keep my mind and body healthy.
Shop my Amazon Wish List
By shopping my Amazon Wishlist, you help make sure I and my family always have essential items we need. We keep this list pretty humble, but if you're feeling adventurous - we’ll occasionally include some just-for-fun stuff too!
Send a Gift Card
This is a fantastic way for you to get creative with your support! Gift cards can help buy groceries, gas, healing therapies, supplements, physical aids, household goods, dental & eye care, and even a frivolous pleasure or date-night once in a while.
Some we can always use are: Costco, SuperStore, SaveOn Foods, Lepp Farm Market (Abbotsford BC), London Drugs, Telus, Husky/Shell/Chevron, Bosley’s, Canadian Tire, Staples, Starbucks, Winners/Homesense, SportCheck, Valhalla Pure, Jim’s Clothes Closet (BC), Visa Gift Cards, and any shops/restaurants/services local to the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, BC.
Gift Cards purchased online can be sent directly to:
